Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats

It’s my favorite tune of year…ᔕTᖇᗩᗯᗷᗴᖇᖇY ᔕᗴᗩᔕOᑎ! 🍓

Strawberries and cream overnight oats!

This recipe makes A LOT, I usually freeze some for later. (I don’t like only using half a can of something for a recipe!)

Featuring some protein and extra nutrients 👉🏼 chia and pumpkin seeds.

…and some extra fat 👉🏼 full fat coconut milk

And OATS! A breastfeeding superfood. Make sure to buy organic oats as non organic oats are one of the highest glyphosate containing foods.

**For extra strawberry yumminess, you could blend the strawberries with the milk & top with extra chopped strawberries!
