Best Stir Fry Sauce

Sauce:

2/3 cup water

1/3 cup reduced sodium Tamari Soy Sauce, or coconut aminos for soy-free version

2 Tbsp arrowroot starch (tapioca or even corn starch will work)

3 Tbsp rice vinegar

2 Tbsp honey or agave

1 tsp fresh grated ginger

2 garlic cloves, minced

Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. When the stir fry veggies are almost cooked through, add the sauce and stir well to coat everything. It will thicken as it heats up and should be done in 1-2min!

This is the sauce on my “lazy” stir fry. Simply cubed tofu and frozen mixed vegetables! There is such a thing as a healthy dinner in 15 minutes or less!
