Banana Protein “Milkshake”

1 cup homemade cashew milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 frozen banana

1-2 scoops of your favorite unflavored collagen or your favorite protein powder

A few ice cubes

Optional: cinnamon, dates, scoop of nut butter

—Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender and serve!
