Join me for a free 5-Day "Detox"! The goal of this is not to fully detox your body, as this is only 5 days and everyone has unique needs. The goal is to get back to a beautiful homeostasis when it comes to your health and well being… To help you get back into the habits that have you truly feeling your best.
After the holidays, many people feel heavy, wiped out, and overall unwell. Let me help guide you as we refresh your body and your mind in the new year.

A meal "plan" (you'll see, but it will be suitable for busy lifestyles and picky eaters)

How food addiction/cravings can take hold and how we can help get back to healthy foods

This event will go over a bit about our food system here in the US, what to look for on the nutrition label of foods, and how to read ingredients. By the end of this, you will be able to make confident, informed decisions when it comes to what you feed yourself (and your family)!
This also includes my How to Read Ingredients e-book and this will likely be the last time this information will be offered at no cost.
